Ingredients serves 4:
Flour gr. 500
Water gr. 250
Yeast gr. 5
Salt gr. 12
Canned tomatoes gr. 180
Buffalo mozzarella gr. 150
Extra virgin olive oil as needed
Basil as needed
Oregano as needed

PROCEDURE
Dissolve the yeast in half of the warm water.
Mix the flour and salt with the remaining water.
Add the dissolved yeast in water and knead until dough is firm. Shape dough balls weighing about 180 gr each.
Dust with flour and leave to rise until doubled in volume.
Shape the dough into a circular shape.
Spread the pizzas with the chopped tomato and add the mozzarella cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 340 ° degrees.
When cooked, add the olive oil and the chopped basil or oregano.
